How important it is to plan, and to plan right: when you plan the processes you want to develop more correctly, you save a lot further down the road.
Most people in the world plan for one year and build for nine.
The Chinese plan for nine years and build for one.

No development before design and a mockup
Often the specification and the vision change in light of the design.
The design reveals the truth and leads to decisive choices.
And the AI, too, approaches the work much better when there is a design that has already been approved.
